Remember O.TO.I.RE. on the Dreamcast ?  Well, this was made be the same company, Waka.  Unlike O.TO.I.RE. though this game if you can call it that, is 100% Japanese.  basically it's a midi sequencer for the Saturn.  The package includes a midi interface box shown below.  Personally I don't think this is as user friendly as the Dreamcast one but still, after a bit of messing about I'm sure you can figure everything out.  There are also a few bonus games added which is nice.
