Just like the Sakura Taisen Steam Radio Show disc, this is yet another fan disc to milk as much cash out of the fans as possible.  Again it's full of FMV coded in MPEG so MPEG card users will be able to view the FMV section in beautiful high quality.  The layout of the disc is pretty nice as is the contents.  The whole thing is set out as a newspaper.  You can view different sections of the paper by clicking on the appropriate section.  As well as the newspaper section there's also a mini quest section.  Over all it's a decent enough disc but if you can only afford one Sakura Taisen fan disc I'd go for the Steam Radio Show disc.
