The Mogitate Sega Saturn discs are from the
Sega Partners club exclusive to Japan only. There are 6 of these
discs which could not be bought anywhere. This is Volume 6 which was
released in February 1999. The Sega Partners discs were aimed at
telling Saturn owners what was going on in the world of Sega.
Normally these types of discs are full of the same old crap but not
the Mogitate Sega Saturn Sega Partner discs !! These are full with
some amazing information and best of all they were free and worked
with the Saturn's MPEG video card to produce very clean FMV.
So what's featured on Volume 6? Sit back and read (^v^) There's a very nice interview with everyone's Saturn hero, Segata Sanshiro as well as an interview with Mr. Yukawa who you might know was the managing director of Sega that stared in the first set of Japanese Dreamcast TV adds. The interview talks about his role in the adds and why he decided to appear in them. Game demos are pretty sad with only Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons collection (movie) being of any real interest while the other two Devicereign (playable) and Ensemble (opening intro only) are both none playable games to people who can't understand Japanese. Oh, and lets not forget the Sega Partners top 10 Saturn games as voted for by the Japanese public. Let's just say that it's a pretty sad top 10 with Sakura Taisen 1 & 2 being at the number 1 spot.
