The Mogitate Sega Saturn discs are from the Sega Partners club exclusive to Japan only.  There are 6 of these discs which could not be bought anywhere.  This is Volume 4 which was released in August 1998.  The Sega Partners discs were aimed at telling Saturn owners what was going on in the world of Sega.  Normally these types of discs are full of the same old crap but not the Mogitate Sega Saturn Sega Partner discs !!  These are full with some amazing information and best of all they were free and worked with the Saturn's MPEG video card to produce very clean FMV.

So what's featured on Volume 8?  Sit back and read (^v^)

First impressions of Volume 4 aren't that good since most noticeable is that there's only 1 disc unlike volumes 1 to 3.  Don't let that fool you though.  Volume 4 is probably one of the best discs.

First is the official Dreamcast launch party that was held in Tokyo to tell the world that the Dreamcast is coming.  This special feature includes the FULL UNCUT tech demo of Iri Majiri's head that was featured in all  the magazines back at the time.  Not only that but it also has many interviews with some really big names from the Japanese game industry such as Yuu Suzuki, Yuji Naka and Kenji Endo as well as many others from Konami, Capcom, Square/Enix and Game Arts. There's even a word with the all mighty Segata san Shiro (^o^).

Not only is the Dreamcast party featured but also the World premier of D2 presented by Kenji Endo.  This is an excellent video that allows you to see some very early D2 footage as well as listen to Kenji Endo talk about his creation..  There are also some interviews present on the disc with Onion Egg talking about Slayers Royal 2 and Bandai who talk about their unreleased Saturn gun game, Millennium Fire and Digital Monsters S.

Other goodies include more Segata san Shiro TV adds, World Cup '98 and Soccer RPG plus two other Sega TV adds and the first Dreamcast TV add.  But that's not all, there's 13 radio adds as well !!

There are no playable demos on this disc probably due to the amount of FMV crammed on to it but there are quite a few video demos of the following games.  Gundam, Slayers Royal 2, Simulation RPG Tool, Capcom Generations 2, Digimon S, Backgainer and Valhollian.

Above you can see the main disc along with the operation instructions.
