Game Ware is the idea of General Entertainment, the company behind such Dreamcast games as the first Godzilla and Pen Pen Triathlon. Game Ware is best described as a magazine on CD. The first thing you'll notice are the many Japanese TV ads that pop up between every section. These are probably what paid for the production of the disc. Apart from the TV adds what else can you find? Well there are few really piss poor ghome brewh style games which of course have their sponsors such as Schick Protector Man which is a poor Arkanoid copy. There's also a video preview of Torico and a few interviews with the makers of Virtua Cop as well as a few others. One of the more interesting features is the Virtua Fighter digital comic with full sound and voice acting. The one featured on Game Ware Vol:3 is the story of Sarah Bryant part 2. This is well drawn and quite interesting if you can understand Japanese. It also runs in the Saturn's highest resolution.

So we have a few crappy games, video preview, Japanese TV ads and general information on shopping and entertainment and the digital comic. That's about it really. So is it worth getting? Well, err...... maybe not unless you've got money to burn or if you live in Japan and can pick it up for 20 yen. The odd thing is that Volume 3 is the most common of the lot.
