Clockwork Knight part 2 all these years later still manages to look half decent. Sega really did make great effort with their first selection of 2D games for the Saturn. Stuff such as Magic Knight Rayearth and Astel still look beautiful all these years later. While Clockwork Knight part 2 may not be a pure 2D game it does play like one most of the time.

As far as playability goes Clockwork Knight part 2 isn't anything special really. It's your typical run, jump and attack affair with the odd mini puzzle thrown in. The sub games are a nice touch though even if they do become a bit tedious after a while.
