What could be better than having Salamander 2 on the Saturn? How about a Salamander collection? That's what we have here. Salamander Deluxe Pack Plus features Salamander, Life Force and Salamander 2. The first 2 games (Salamander and Life Force) look really dated now considering they were made in 1986 and 1987 and even play quite slow but do offer a rock solid challenge to any veteran gamers out there. I, myself prefer to play the 1996 game of Salamander 2. For the time the graphics were beautiful and still look quite nice now. Konami have done a great job of converting an arcade prefect port to the Saturn with no loading times what so ever. The game plays like a dream too, providing a challenge that's just right with out leading to frustration like many other shooters. If you're a Saturn shooting fan, you must add this to your collection along with Konami's Gradius Deluxe pack.
