Possibly the best Castlevania game ever created by Konami and it's on the Saturn (^v^)  Akumajo Dracula X was also released on the PlayStation.  Now while Konami who have always been known to give Sega the cold shoulder brought this game to the Saturn which was a miracle in it's self.  They gave it to on of their "less talented" studios, Konami Nagoya while the PlayStation version was made by Konami's head Castlevania team.  Thankfully Konami Nagoya had a soft spot for the Saturn and included two extra areas in to the Saturn version that weren't in the PlayStation version.  Also, as an added bonus they gave Saturn owners a sound test to listen to all those classic Castlevania tunes.  Unfortunately, they were far too lazy to bother adding transparencies to the Saturn version.  We all know that it can be done as games like Silhouette Mirage, Burning Rangers and D-Xhrid have all proven.  But it's not a great loss since the Saturn's amazing 2D abilities provide us with beautiful backgrounds and detailed sprites.  In this outing of the Castlevania series you can choose from 3 different characters being Alucard, Maria and Richter.  The game takes an awful long time to complete but with the choice of three different characters, each with their own story.  Akumajo Dracula X will be keeping you entertained for many months.
