It's mahjong and as you know pretty much all mahjong games look and play the same to be honest.  You don't care about that though do you.  What you want to know is if you get to see any naked anime girls.  Well, that all depends upon how good you are at mahjong.

One thing that does puzzle me though is why did the makers think a handkerchief would be a good gift to give away with this game?
