Victory Goal Worldwide edition is in fact Victory Goal '97 but with international teams. The game now features full British English commentary and mode speech replacing the original Japanese speech.  The game also improves upon the playability of Victory Goal '97 by ironing out a few of the annoying bugs that the game had. Unfortunately this still isn't a perfect football game. Sometimes the computer controlled players will just bugger off in the wrong direction. It can be too easy to score at times. The commentary is poorly put together and finally there are still some bugs in there such as a player going backwards and forwards with the ball until you foul him. All in all not a bad football game but you could do better.
