Just like Time Gal and Dragon's Lair, Strahl is a FMV action game in which you must push up, down, left, right and attack to survive and guide your way through the stages. I quite like these games but not those God awful American ones using live action. Strahl offers a little difference in terms of playability than other FMV Anime action games. At certain points in Strahl you're asked to rapidly press the A or B button to escape from a situation. This tends to keep you on your toes at times. An annoying point though is that if you die at any point in the level, it's straight back to the beginning. This can be quite annoying if you're right near the end of the level. Overall Strahl is quite an enjoyable title if you're into this type of game.
