  Just like the real world of Shogi this is one slow game but what did you expect from a Shogi based game? Just like the actual game the playing area is quite drab but at least it does represent what the real life game looks like.

　If you're thinking of getting in to Shogi by buying a Saturn game then be aware that they are all text heavy using some pretty difficult kanji. As far as this goes it's just as good as any other out there to be honest. Not being a Shogi expert I can't really comment on how well they play.
