  One of the top 3 rare and expensive Saturn titles (the others being Eyeful Home and Derisoba Deluxe), Heim WALTZ is nothing more than a glorified housing brochure for Sekushi House. Just like Eyeful Home, Heim WALTZ features a virtual video walk about the house along with information on all the fittings, roofing and so on. There's also a nice little house planner on the disc which enables you to state who will be living in the home. The software will then recommend a house plan for you.

To be honest, Heim WALTZ is NOT worth the asking price as far as entertainment goes just like Eyeful Home. It's the fact that only a limited number of copies were ever produced making it one of the most sort after titles by hardcore Saturn collectors.
