      Not to be confused with the Angelic Special Premium box, this Premium Pack is quite a bit smaller and contains none of the goods found in the Premium box. What we get in this set is the same game as the stand alone retail version, not a lovely colour printed disc as found in the Premium box. You do get a players guide though which is mostly in colour, a card size calendar and some sort of special memorial card that's missing from my set (-_-;)

The guide book below is actually quite thick and larger than these scans. You can see the 2 sticky marks that held the missing card in place.

Nothing too special about the 1997 calendar card. One side has this lovely image that you can see below while the other is just a plain old calendar.
