Pretty much like Idol Mahjong Final Romance R to be honest. The video sections still have awful sound and yes, the whole game looks a bit cheap compared to the likes of Idol Janshi Suchie Pai but it does play a good game of mahjong and features loads of breasts for you to drool over.
