Man, CG stuff was really bad back in 1995 when this was released. The Psychotron as if you never guessed is a Saturn port of the 1994 PC game of the same name. The game starts as you're told a plane has crashed. People are dead. It's up to you to sort out what is going on, and find the missing Psychotron, a machine that can influence minds. Great, isn't it!

The game features really poor CG scenes along with poorly acted FMV scenes featuring all your favorite US government, Russia Mafia and other stereotypes. Actually it's sounding as if The Psychotron could turn out to be pretty good. Well, I'm afraid not. The plot is dull, slow paced and to be honest pathetic. Add the fact that this Saturn version is completely in Japanese and you have yourself a game completely unplayable to none Japanese speakers.

If you're after something along the lines of FMV sci-fi PC action on your Saturn then get The Unsolved or Death Mask over this.
