Mezase Idol Star is one of the better mahjong games out there for the Saturn and what's even better is that all of the women on it aren't toothless old bags.  They are pretty good looking for the most part.  There's even a vocal opening track as well.

Now, I can imagine that all you perverts out there are very excited about this game, well there's some bad news.  Since it's only a yellow 18 rating you won't be seeing any breast or any other action.  Still as always there are some pretty seductive lines in there spoken by the ladies.
