Devicereign is one of those games that many people don't even know exists.  Released in 1999 after the Dreamcast was released in Japan, it's easy to see why many people never noticed this one.  This is great shame because Devicereign is actually an extremely polished bit of software.

What we have here is your typical Japanese adventure game, you know the type.  Very pretty art with a load of text and voice talent over it.  But then we've also got the battle sections which are played out in that classic grid style as seen in many war simulation games.

As I said, this is a very nice bit of software however if you can't speak Japanese you won't be getting far in it.  So why not sit back and watch the video over in Segagaga Domain's Movie Vault.
