Coming on 2 discs, this is one of 3 Micronet Mahjong games that all use the same 3D engine.  The only thing difference with this one from the others is that it features FMV of the three lovely ladies (shown on the cover) prancing around in some exotic location.  The other two games that use this engine are Virtual Mahjong, which was actually an arcade game using the STV board which we all know is just a Sega Saturn with more memory.  And Mahjong Kaigan Monogatari: Mahjong Kuru Jidai Sexy Idol Hen which features 3 sexy ladies just like this game.  However this time they're not in some exotic location.

I did mention that this game comes on 2 discs.  The first disc if the actual game while the 2nd disc is full of FMV clips.  The sad thing is that if you are going to make a bonus disc with nothing but FMV then why not make use of the Saturn's Video-CD MPEG card?  Needless to say that Micronet went with the piss poor Cinipac option.
