  A promotion disc released by Sega for use in stores around Japan. Play as any character for a limited period of time in arcade mode only, unless you do the Saturn pad reset.  Quite cleaver this is.  Pressing ABC & Start once will boot the game in to VS mode so only 2 player matches are possible.  Do the pad reset again and the game boots in to Watch mode playing endless CPU controlled matches.

 This version does seem like the same code as the final released game but during the real time character demo on this disc, all characters are wearing their alternative costumes. Apart from that and a small audio error with the game over music, nothing else seems to be different. In fact from looking at the disc on a PC it does indeed contain the full game including the ending video.
