Just like the original Strikers 1945, this sequel is like every other Psikyo vertical scrolling shooter out there. Yes, it has all the same option and all the same selection layouts and yes, all the same power up icons. I'll never understand why some people love these 90's Psikyo vertical shooter so much. Anyway, on a positive note Psikyo have supped up the graphics from the original game and even added some catchy tunes. The gameplay seems a bit more exciting as well. Compared to the original, Strikers 1945 II is a great improvement and a great little shooter in it's own right but it's a Psikyo shooter ! And like I've said before, if you've played one then you've played them all because all they seem to do is change the graphics.
