Blue Breaker originally started life on the PC-FX which was NEC's follow up to their pretty successful PC Engine console. Unfortunately the PC-FX was a major flop which is probably why Blue Breaker made it's way to the Saturn.

The problem with Blue Breaker on the Saturn is not that it's a bad RPG but that there are just so many better RPGs to choose from. Still, if RPG gaming is your thing then it won't hurt to check out Blue Breaker.
