These Tech
Saturn Tushin discs really are crap compared to the Sega Flash or the
Captain Soft ones.
The disc is split in to 3 sections being TBC (Technical Broadcasting
Center) which gives you very low quality video and hints about games and
pointless crap. This section features the following.
Sonic The Fighters (Arcade video and character profiles)
Virtua Fighter Kids (Arcade video preview)
Virtual On (Arcade information video)
Polygon (the Tushin dull as shit comedy CG)
and other pointless crap to waste disc space.

Next is the video preview section which must use the worst quality FMV
ever used on a Saturn. Not only that but all the game images and artwork
look awful!
