Hmm, bit of an odd title here were you have to place your car at certain points on the track then set a parameter to a certain point such as if the car will break, turn, speed up and so on. Tactics Formula is sort of a F-1 racing planer simulator but the actual case describes it as a table game. Either way it certainly is a unique title. Graphics are pretty nice thanks to the use of pre-rendered backgrounds with polygon generated cars.
