This is the special edition of Melty Lancer also know as the Premium CD Collection. The actual game is the same as the normal version bar that the disc has a colour picture on it. Other goodies in this set include a Radio Play CD (which I'm missing), 1997 calendar and a file that's filled with black & white images of all Melty Lancer products from Video CDs, OSTs and Games.

Below you can see the actual file that this set comes in. It's made of high quality material filled with 24 pockets that you could also fit CDs in to. The front of the file has the Melty Lancer logo on it while the sides have a Premium CD Collection logo. The back features a very nice bit of art which you can see below. I've placed a peace of white card behind the image so that it would show better on the scan.

The 1997 calendar that's included in this set is actually made from high quality gloss paper with 1 month per card instead of the standard 2 months per card. There's even a title and index card.
