No, this is not a game based on Gulliver the giant but a young boy who's probably best described as a rouge that helps people. Maybe a sort of Robin Hood? Anyway, the game starts with him saving a friend from a beating when suddenly the are confronted by some strange looking beings. One thing leads to another which ends up with our hero and his friend destroying a clock tower. For this Gulliver is arrested and taken away to another land to be punished.

I've not played this much longer than 3 hours or so but so far I can say that the story is becoming interesting. I won't go in to detail just in case you are deciding to buy this game. Graphically it's ok but nothing special. Compared to the likes of Magic Knight Rayearth or Tengai Makyou it actually looks a bit like a 16 bit game. Still, it's voice driven which is nice plus and the characters seem likeable enough. It may be worth tracking this down even if it's just for it's unique animation style used in the intro and cut scenes.
