Keirin is the Japanese name for that sport were bicycles race around an oval track, hence the name Super Keirin. You may have noticed from the scans that this game was never for sale. In fact it was given away free in limited numbers at the 50th anniversary event for the sport in Japan. So as you can guess this is quite a rare item. By no means one of the most rare Saturn games out there but rare enough.

So what's the target of this game? Well, err there isn't one really. You can race your bike around the VERY bad looking track which has got to be the most glitchy looking 3D course to ever grace the Saturn. No wonder this was free. As well as the race you can view info about all the Keirin centers within Japan.
