More action from Tenchi Muyo in this shameless Puyo Puyo rip off. Sure the Puyo blobs are now balls full of water and they don’t stick together but the idea is still the same and plays the same. That’s about it really for the actual gaming part of this title. Between levels you get cut scenes explaining the story of the game which starts out as a party with Ryoko doing some karaoke. Of course this turns in to a battle between her and Aeka over who gets to sing with Tenchi. Hence the need to battle it out over a game of Puyo Puyo rip off. It’s just a shame that the cut scenes are not really animated as such. If they were then it would have added so much more to the game. As it stands this title like all of Pioneers titles is pretty standard stuff.
