GT24 is a conversion of Jaleco's model 2 arcade racer of the same name. Sadly the Saturn version is just an arcade conversion without any new tracks. This this is a major downer as far as replay value goes.

GT24's 3D engine isn't very solid to tell the truth.  All the polygons look paper thin and bend like a PlayStation when you get close to them. Also some background and track side objects aren't even polygons, they're 2D sprites. All this sounds pretty bad but it's made up in speed. The game runs at a nice 30fps but can drop from time to time.

If you're after a quick arcade racer and are not to bothered about many courses to race on then this one if for you. There is only one course but it does have 3 different variations to it similar to Ridge Racer. I'd personally go for Manx TT for my Saturn racing thrills once I'd played Daytona USA and Sega Rally that is.
