Golvellius was one of my favorite games on the Master System back in the UK when I was a kid (1988). I admit it was tough going but that blend of side scrolling action and real time battles kept me coming back.  Graphically it still looks decent all these years later so there's no worries about it aging badly.  Golvellius has aged really well and now that I have the Japanese version with the added FM sound, it makes it a hole new experience !
