We've all seen that game were you have to unveil a picture under an overlaid image.  They normally consist of soft porn or anime girls however Taito brought us one in the late 80's with a space fantasy theme called Volfield.  Volfield is actually the sequel to Qix and believe it or not was actually release in the states as Ultimate Qix with the same cover art as this Japanese version.  SHOCK HORROR!!  They never changed it for a muscle bound she man image fighting mechanical snakes that look more like err........ well, you get the idea.

With 16 stages in total, beautiful detailed graphics and arcade style sound effects, Volfield really is a classic Mega Drive release that everyone should check out given the chance.
