No, this isn't a Mega Drive conversion of the Neo Geo hit but yet another Chinese original Mega Drive game using ripped sprites from various fighters.  This 1 on 1 fighter actually has team battles consisting of KOF and Street Fighter characters.  Out of all the Chinese 1 on  1 fighters I've played this is the best.  Probably mainly due to the direction commands on the D-Pad relate to the moves being preformed.  It also doesn't seem as laggy as the others.  It's still no where near the quality from official SNK or Capcom fighters on the Mega Drive mind you.
