Oh my, what a let down this is.  I remember back in the late 80's, Mean Machines, a British mag had a small feature on this stating that the graphics were amazing with gameplay to match.  The truth is that Storm Lord is a steaming pile of crap.

Graphically it's not that bad if you like Amiga style graphics.  There's quite a lot of sampled speech and sound effects in there as well.  The thing that really lets this game down is the poor level design and really over the top difficulty setting.  I mean, it took me bloody ages just to figure out how on earth I could complete level one!

Storm Lord is an awful bland game that will have you pulling out your hair rather than enjoying it.  Best to avoid this one.
