No, this isn't a follow up to Bonanza Bross as it may look but one of the Puzzle & Action arcade series by Sega.  This is the only one that made it to the Mega Drive with all the others including this one appearing as arcade perfect ports on the Saturn.  This Mega Drive version however is really good considering the system it's running on.  Most of the speech from the arcade game in there as are the graphics.

Basically Puzzle & Action Tantoaru is a selection of puzzle games ranging from quite normal to completely crazy.  You must select and complete a task in order to move on to the next one in order to catch up to the thieves you are pursuing.

With loads of mini puzzle games and up to 4 players, Puzzle & Action  Tantoaru is certainly one worth checking out.  Even as a one player game it's incredibly addictive.
