Dial Q Wo Mawase! is a Japanese unlicensed Mega Drive game.  It's purely an original title unlike many of the Chinese pirate games available.  Coming to use from the same people that brought us Divine Sealing, Dial Q Wo Mawase! is a hentai Mahjong game.  Hentai for those that don't know basically means porn.  Chose one of the lovely ladies to play mahjong against and if you are lucky enough to win she'll show you what she's got.

Graphically this game is actually pretty good which is quite surprising.  It even has voice samples and an introduction.  These alone show that the team behind this actually put some effort in to the game.  I wonder if they ever approached Sega for an official license to release this?

Unlike official Mega Drive games in Japan (Apart from Sonic & Knuckles), Dial Q Wo Mawase! comes in a card box.  I have no idea why but it's probably because they're easier to make than producing plastic cases that official Mega Drive games use.  The cartridges also look different.  They sort of look like standard Taito Mega Drive cartridges with the side rounded plastic parts cut off half way down.  This is probably so the fit in to western Mega Drives that haven't had their plastic tabs removed.
