It never was going to be arcade perfect on the Mega Drive but Sega have managed to pull of a decent conversion of the arcade classic.  Featuring all the alternative endings, routs and audio scores, Mega Drive Out Run isn't that bad at all.  The frame rate is a little on the jerky side these days but when you consider what was around at the time, Mega Drive Out Run was quite beautiful to look at.
