Originally a PC88 game (Japanese PC) Star Cruiser is from the very good NCS (Nippon Computer Systems) Masiya.  I've yet to play this Mega Drive version because my Wondermega is all boxed away.  One day I will play it though.  It's just a shame that there are no ehem, cough, chough.... roms of this game available or at least not that I know of.
