This is just the Japanese version of that 4 game pack in disc that came with every Mega CD in Europe and probably the US as well.  Why Sega have called this a limited edition I don't know.  I guess it may be in Japan but defiantly not in the west.  There are a few points to point out about this Japanese version of the collection.  Streets Of Rage is all in Japanese but keeps the English title where as the cartridge is called Bare Knuckle.  Also the Japanese version doesn't suffer from really bad slowdown like the European CD version.  Revenge Of Shinobi is just the same as the western version, i.e. missing Godzilla and the real Batman.  Columns and Golden Axe are just like the western versions too.  I also wonder why is it called the Arcade Collection?  As far as I remember only Golden Axe and Columns were arcade games.  Oh, this comes in a double CD case too just like the western version but only has one thin instruction book and one disc.  Hmm, why the big case then?
