Haven't had much of a chance to play this one but from what I have played seemed pretty good.  The animation on the ninja (or cyborg) is nice as are the enemies.  Colours a little drab but over all they're not bad.  Not as good as the Super Famicom game Ninja Warriors Return but still a good game.  And let's not forget the great sound track by Zuntata, Taito's sound team.
