Never bothered to play this one so I can't tell you about the game but I can tell you that it's one of the few Mega CD games that use the Sega Mouse.  Also do you notice who made this port?  CRI (CSK institute) did, the same company who now own a large stock of Sega and own Sega/AM2 and they also provided the Dreamcast's MPEG and Audio software packages.
