After the awful Heavy Nova you would have thought Micronet would have learnt their lesson in producing awful games.  Sadly not and until this day in 2009 they still continue to make crap.  Still, at least they tried a bit more with Black Hole Assault.  The introduction is much nicer than Heavy Nova's and we now have a dull story to go along with the dull action.  The actual one on one fighting parts of this game do look much better than Heavy Nova and even manage to play better but that wasn't hard.  The controls are still unresponsive though and very uninspiring to play.
