One of the greatest racers on the Dreamcast and it didn't even get released in Japan but crap from the west such as Spirit Of Speed, Le Mans 24 Hour, Red Line Racer, Monaco Racing Simulator etc did get released.  What's going on ???  A Japanese release was planned because it was on Sega's release schedule for months before disappearing and I've even seen a Japanese cover for it, now if only I can find it again.
