I played the original Japanese release of this game and thought it wasn't much good as did many of the Japanese game players.  So what did Sega do?  They released it in Europe.  Why I wonder when there were so many better games they could have brought to Europe.  Oh well, never mind.  This beta version is dual language as it's a PAL game but plays will all it's text (including the 50 /60 htz option which is useless in Japan) in Japanese.  I played through this beta today but to be honest I can't see anything different in this version to the final Japanese release except for the TV settings option.  Maybe I have to play it a bit more to find any other differences.
