In case you've been living under a rock, Bleem for Dreamcast allows you to play PlayStation games on your Dreamcast but not only that.  The games are enhanced with smoother graphics 640x480 (better than what the PS2 does) and hi-resolution full screen anti-aliasing (better than what the PS2 does) but with a price.  There is a price though, each Bleem for Dreamcast can only play one game that it's designed for.  There is another Bleem disc around on the net that will play many PlayStation games complete with the smoother graphics and higher resolution but there are graphic problems with some games but it's a small price to pay for expanding your Dreamcast's library of software.
