It still puzzles me to this day why Sega released Fighting Vipers 2 on the Dreamcast, 3 years after it was in the arcades and that there was no partition for it to be released either.  As far as I know hardly anyone in Japan cared for it.  Sega could have ported over many other good Model 3 or Naomi games to the DC instead of this but the didn't.  After that little rant by me I should say that Fighting Vipers 2 isn't a bad game at all, in fact it's just like it's Model 3 arcade brother.  The game plays pretty much like the 1st but with new moves and characters.  Thankfully they have kept in the ability to smash your opponent through the walls surrounding the battle area.  This Japanese release came with a massive moves guide for each player.
