A much more professional internet browser that allows the use of the Dreameye (Web cam) and also the ability to listen to MP3 audio and watch MPEG videos.  Also on this disc is a section to allow you to register to an online Mega Drive and PC Engine emulator and play through your Dreamcast.  The actual emulators are on the disc but ROMs must be downloaded from Sega's server.  Now while the Mega Drive EMU was used as part of the Sega Smash Pack and it finally got ripped, nobody has touched the Japanese PC Engine emulator that worked really well and had great audio too.  Come on you hackers, get to work on this little beauty.
