Another sad PC port to Dreamcast.  Yet another cash in by Capcom for unsuspecting DC owners expecting to see at least a slight graphic face lift in the DC version and receiving the same crappy visuals as the PC game.  Oh just in case you don't know, this is basically Bio Hazard with Dinosaurs.
