Why this is described as an Action Novel I don't know since there is no actual action in the game, just reading mostly.  Made by Flagship and released by Capcom, this game also appears on the PSX.  The DC version is possibly a port from the PSX since there's nothing special on offer here.  Not a bad game if you can read Japanese and computer novels are your thing.
