Bio Hazard Code Veronica has got to be the best game in the series to date (January 2003).  This limited 1st print came in a plastic slip case and came complete with a Metal credit cards sized plate with the Code Veronica logo on one side and Rockford Prison on the other.

The 1st Pre-Orders of Code Veronica came with a special limited edition metal card presented in a small red box pictured below.
