Talk about milking a franchise in a pathetic way.  First we had Make your own pro baseball team game.  Then we had a net VS playable one and now we get the same two games with a few minor updates released as a whole new game.

Far better than Konami's Power Jikyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu game but still maybe only one for fans of the sport.
